I'm Maima Kamara, the founder of MNK Skin, and I have spent more than a decade helping individuals improve their skin health through a unique combination of science, education, and personalized care. With academic backgrounds in biology, chemistry, and microbiology, I bring an evidence-based approach to skincare that goes beyond surface-level treatments.

My passion lies in helping clients understand their skin, identify the factors influencing its health, and develop realistic, personalized strategies to achieve their goals. Whether you're addressing acne, hyperpigmentation, signs of aging, sensitivity, or simply maintaining healthy skin, every treatment is tailored to your unique needs and concerns.

MNK Performance was created to complement the skincare services offered through MNK Skin. Through therapeutic massage and assisted stretching, we help clients reduce tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and prioritize self-care.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, recovery, or improved movement, MNK Performance is designed to help you feel and function at your best.

LaToya leads MNK Performance with a passion for helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. As an athlete with a background in sports, physical training, and functional movement, she understands the important connection between mobility, recovery, and overall well-being.

Throughout her experience, Latoya has worked with individuals of all ages and activity levels, including those recovering from physical limitations such as stroke-related mobility challenges and age-related decreases in range of motion. Her approach focuses on improving flexibility, enhancing movement, reducing tension, and helping clients safely maximize their body's natural abilities.

Through therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, and lymphatic massage, Latoya helps clients improve mobility, support recovery, reduce tension, and maintain overall wellness. She believes that movement is medicine and that everyone deserves the opportunity to function comfortably and confidently in their daily lives.

Beyond bodywork, Latoya is passionate about health, nutrition, and educating clients on sustainable practices that support long-term wellness. Her goal is to empower individuals to care for their bodies safely, intentionally, and in ways that promote lasting health and vitality.
